Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Looms Labs platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use or access the Service.
2. User Content
You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to Looms Labs, you hereby grant Looms Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the User Content in connection with the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials contained on the Service, including software, text, graphics, and images, are the property of Looms Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use these materials without our prior written permission.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
